A.A Finca Ecológica Verde Aurora

Located in the Biosphere Reserve of Fuerteventura, the property known as Verdeaurora is a rural tourism venue that provides a unique experience on the island.

It has approximately 30 hectares of Aloe Vera, olives and traditional fruit and vegetable crops, all bearing the CRAE (Canary Island Ecological Farming Regulatory Council) certificate. This remarkable project on the island combines ecological farming with sustainable rural tourism accommodation and eco-tourist activities, including a short route with information on the crops and traditional farming practices of Fuerteventura. In addition to products made of pure Aloe Vera and natural cosmetics, as well as the flavourful 100% extra pure BIO olive oil produced on the farm, and a wide range of local products, including mojo sauce, goat’s cheese and jams, among others.

Today, the Verdeaurora farm belongs to the third generation of the Mesa family, a group of young people with a passion for the island of Fuerteventura who have modern, new ideas, but without forgoing their roots and traditions. It is currently under the management of Luis Mesa, a young architect who is inspired by his land, and committed to the concept of rural tourism and to restoring the cultural and ethnographic origins of the island.

In summary, Verdeaurora offers visitors a range of activities that will allow them to experience Fuerteventura in a different and unique way.
